Hello, oanhttk. When it comes to grammar, especially tenses, it takes a lot of practice to perfect it. I can't personally explain the differences between each tenses to you; however, I found this very helpful chart that can somewhat answer your question.
(JK oi, how do you post a table on here?)

I hope you will find this a bit useful. My recommendation is for you to search for a specific tense... read it, master it, then do online practices. For example, go to Google (or Yahoo) and type in "Present Perfect." You will see numerous articles on it. Browse through them & read them until you've fully mastered it. Afterwards, Google (or Yahoo) "Present Perfect Exercises," and you will see a few exercise practices that you can do. Do that for all the tenses and eventually, you'll be able to differentiate between them.
@Also, I've split and moved your post from "Got Grammar?" to here. =)
