Talk & Say
I have a quote like this:
"Fear less, hope more; Eat less, chew more; Whine less, breathe more; Talk less, say more; Love more and all good things will be yours."
(Swedish Proverb)
Most of parts in the quote I clear, I just confused with the phrase "Talk less, say more". 'Talk' and 'say' have the same meaning, aren't they?

Binhan,
"Talk less, say more" suggests that one should have substance when talking. So it is not how long the talk, but what is being said that counts.
Cheers,
