Banner Schedule

Keeping an updated ALL DAY schedule on our ESE banner ALL THE TIME is IMPORTANT. It helps our students to keep track of ESE's activities and to plan their time effectively and accordingly.

Here are a few guidelines to help ESE runs effectively:

1. If an instructor wants to use the banner to post a link, please post the link before ESE's daily schedule. Here's an illustration.

2. If more banner space is needed, please use the banner however you see fit. Be kind to RESTORE the daily schedule once your class is over.

3. Please REMOVE your schedule/link on the banner when your class is over. This would help reveal more of our daily schedule to the students. (Our schedule often exceeds the display space and many students don't know how to use scroll down button to show the remaining schedule.)

4. To RESTORE our daily schedule, scroll down the list, choose the correct day of the week, cut & paste the remaining schedule of the day, starting from the activity right after your class.

5. The last instructor of the day can help post the next day's schedule when your class is over. Your consideration is much, much appreciated.

6. In case the instructor forgot to restore or update the schedule, any op can lend a helping hand by restoring/updating the banner.
