This news is perhaps old for many of you. However, for those who are unaware, the following link by Times Higher Education gives a ranking of the top 400 universities in the world. I hope this information will give students an idea of which countries showcase the best universities. From my quick observation, the top 50 is dominated by the United States and United Kingdom. Given the recent shootings, more economic woes, and the spiral downturn of the American education system. The story of Neil Armstrong and Apollo 11 is inspiring given the recent use of NASA's rover Curiosity for the exploration of Mars. Now, Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon, is dead. To do the unthinkable and deemed impossible is simply amazing and a great feat for the human spirit. Now only if we can fly like Icarus!
