Another Question

I notice that underneath the Posted dates at the right top corner of every messages there's a "reputation" status. Everyone is on a "distinguished road" for the first green "dot". How do you moved on out of the distinguished road (number of posts, conducts, how much you abuse the server.. etc.)? And what can you do to move on out of a distinguished road and to another level (two green dots? three green dots?)? And what are the next available levels?
