Our ESE Scholarship fund raising event was a huge success. We're still in the process of finalizing the financial aspect of the event due to the overwhelming amount of donations.
More than being glad from the success of the fund raising event, we were very happy. This wonderful kind of happiness is from seeing the kindness in our Vietnamese people; and more so, the love shared in our ESE room.
There were staff members who had worked tirelessly through the event. There were staff members who spent lots of time preparing for the event. There were designated singers who anchored in ESE from the beginning. There were new friends who we admire and adore. There were old friends who never failed to come in to support our cause. There were laughter. There were no tear. There were love. There were no fear.
We are proud as the donations show that we have earned your trust. We are glad as the participation show that we have earned your love. We're happy as the continuing success of this annual fund raising show we're on the right path and that we all are of the same mind, the same belief, the same purpose, and the same goal.
We would like to take a moment to recognize those who have surpassed our expectation and have exerted far beyond our imagination.
- Our designated singers. We thank you for lending your beautiful voice to support the ESE Scholarship program. Your presence was the key to our success.
- Our unsung heroes, our secretaries for the event -- Zizi, Gà, EmYeuAnh, TuAn, m_la_m, UrLove, Jenna, DailyNews. It is not easy to follow the textchat, see all the donations, and follow up with our donors. My utmost respect to all of you.
- Our ESE voice (aka MC) -- Toyo, LucChi, Jenna, m_la_m, and SevenUppp. "Awesome" is a word unworthy to describe you during the 3-day event.
- Our ESE theatrical group lead by Hoai and Cedar. The entire cast is Hoaisnv, vs cedar, Leminh8x, Kau am, Pe iu oi, Cuc nuoc da, Zizi, Pinkriver, Rainy_fs, Nhoc xinh, Tram bui, vietnamheart, and Cherish_my_dream. The play was outstanding. It still puzzles me how you were able to gather the entire group at the same time, at the same place, in synchronization performing at the highest level in standard.
- Our other organizing team members -- DieuNhac, LuaViet, BamBiNo, and Old_Cat. As you were content to be in the background, please know your effort had touched many and your presence did not go unnoticed.
- Our special event Lotto organizer -- TieuYenTu. Who else can stir up a room as our own TieuYenTu? Thank you for putting a whole different spin to the usual lotto making it beneficial and fun for ESE.
- Most importantly, our benefactors. For your kindness, your thoughtfulness, your trust, your caring, your love, and all the wonders of you... we thank you. Our success was measured on the direct result from your donation. From looking at the outcome of the event, we recognize your support and understand your message. We vouch to handle our responsibility with care to the best of our ability. We promise to place your kindness and caring in the hands of the most worthy. We deeply appreciate your support. In humility, we thank you for enabling ESE to fulfill its purpose of helping and giving.
