Business [n.] and firm [n.] mean commercial organizations of various sizes.
Business is used with the indefinite article to mean a specific shop or a “company”
Ex: She has a small hair salon business.
This has the plural “businesses”
“business” without the indefinite article means commerce and trade:
Ex: Business is thriving at the moment.
In this sentence, “business” is an uncountable noun, and therefore has a singular verb.

Enterprise [n.], also means a commercial organization. A synonym is an “undertaking”. A small or medium-sized enterprise may differ considerably in size or in the number of staff from one country to another.

Company [n.], is the term used for registered enterprises with shareholders
Ex: Limited company (Ltd) or Public limited company (PLC)

Concern [n.], means any type of commercial organization such as a business, enterprise or firm. Note that this term can refer to small as well as large enterprises. A “going concern” is a business that is making a profit.
Ex: The owners are trying to sell their shop as a going concern.
