Bạn download bản cài đặt ở đây. ( Bấm trực tiếp để tải về hoặc bấm chuột phải, save as target)

Sau khi cài đặt xong nếu mà không chạy, thì do máy bạn chưa cài Microsoft .NET Framework, bạn tải ở đây chọn 1 trong 2 cái nào cũng được 3.5 dĩ nhiên mới hơn 2.0 và lớn hơn.
