Hello, sweetheart. This question targets your personal experience. It's hard to give you inputs, since we don't know what you've actually done for the community. Why don't you write up a rough draft with your personal experiences, submit it on here, then we'll look it over and give you constructive criticism.

I am assuming you're approaching college (correct me if I'm wrong), so you should include activities and clubs that you've joined when you were in high school. Include any events that you've participated in. Tet events, cleanup events, etc. Are you an active member in any organization? Also include your accomplishments, any projects you've completed that was beneficial to the community, and your plans for the future to further promote community services as a Vietnamese American.
