What is a pen pal relationship? Pen = Viết; Pal = Bạn ... dịch ra thành "bạn viết." I remember when I was in elementary school, our school had this system where each individual would have his or her own Penpal from a different country. Basically, they would arrange for you and another kid at a different country to exchange letters so you can educate each other about your country and improve your literacy. Well, why not organize an ESE PenPal/KeyPal program? Back then, e-mail wasn't so popular so we exchanged letters through snail mail (postal mail). Well, to make it convenient (and to protect you from getting stalkers), we can use e-mail as our primary source of letter exchanges. (However, I prefer snail mail because I love receiving letters, LOL)

I am confident that everyone here either wants to learn English or wants to help someone learn English. I also know that some people want to practice their conversational skills but are too shy and hesitant to personally PM someone. Well, with this "KeyPal/PenPal" program, we can set up a structure and partner people up so they can exchange emails in English.

With this, you can practice daily grammar, and learn to elaborate on your conversations. We can even keep everything anonymous. Anyone who wants to sign up can just sign up with an email address.

Anyway, I'm just wondering if this is a good idea. I think it is very beneficial and FUN. If this works out, we can switch Pals every 2-3 months so you can have an opportunity to exchange emails with other people.

How's the baby naming convention coming dear Jenna? For me, I would name the baby to a special thing/place/person/event/memory between us, or a reminiscence of it. After all, the baby is the special bond between the husband and wife right? :) Oh yea, and of course it is not something easily made fun of or difficult to pronounce. Good luck dear. :)
