Mình có nick là sweetpotato_0910 trên paltalk.Trước kia vào room English Sharing Experience bình thương.Nhưng mấy ngày nay lại không vào được.Nó hiện lên câu thông báo"We're sorry,the owner of this room has specified that you my not enter". Ai có thể giúp mình được không?

Sweetpotato_0910. You got banned from the room by one of the Admins for some reasons. If you know who banned you, you should contact that person by pm and explain your situation. If you do not know who banned you, then you should contact one of the super-Admins. they're the only one can unban if they seem fit.

Thanks for reply.But i don't know why i was banned.I also don't know who are super admin of this room.How should i do to solve this problem?

It might not have been your nick that was banned. However, a nick logged on to Paltalk from this computer was banned. When a nick is banned, the entire internet address is banned. That ban won't allow anyone using any nicks from this computer to come into room ESE.
We do bounce people to keep order in the room. However, it is a whole different thing that we ban a chatter. That chatter must be considered "khung-bo" and/or deliberately causes disruptions in the room in a disrespectful way.
For us to get to the bottom of this matter, may I please ask a few question...
1) Do you use any other nicks in Paltalk? Please state ALL nicks that are on your computer.
2) Is this your own personal internet connection? Or do you share it with someone else?
3) If you do share it with someone else, What nicks do they use from this computer?
Thank you, Sweetpotato. We don't enjoy muting/bouncing/banning chatters. We only do it because we have to. It was done with the intention to protect the our environment for the benefit of all chatters.

Mình hiểu sự khó khăn của các bạn. Mình thành thật xin lỗi các bạn trong chuyện phiền hà này. Tiếc rằng ban điều hành không có cách nào giúp được bạn trong trường hợp này. Danh sách của các nicks bị 'ban' rất dài (hơn 50 nicks), mình không có cách nào biết được nick nào là dùng chung internet address cùng Sweet_Potato. Thả ra tất cả thì không được, vì cần bảo vệ phòng ESE cho các bạn khác sinh hoạt. Cách nửa địa cầu, mình không cách nào biết được nicks nào là đã dùng trong các chỗ mướn để thả ra.
Mình chỉ khuyên được các bạn là khi chọn máy vi tính trong chỗ mướn, nói trước với người cho mướn là cho các bạn thay máy vi tính nếu gặp phải trường hợp này. Một lần nữa, mình xin lỗi trong sự khó khăn của các bạn. Mình mong các bạn vẫn tìm được mọi cách vào sinh hoạt cùng mọi người trong phòng ESE.

JK thấy hình như cả 2 bạn: weetpotato va codonvianh đều không đến từ VN.

ùh mà nè... tui hông phải người banned 2 bạn đâu nghe. đừng chọy dép... :D

SweetPotato-- if you have Paltalked installed on your computer, it usually retains about 12-15 nicks on the Log-In screen. If it's possible, you could at least give ESE's Admins those nicks and they can run a double check with the banned list. At least it could give the Admin something to start with, and we can work out from there. The worse case is you can always change to another computer. I know it is inconvenient but I doubt that there's any better way.

Thanks for help HcVct.This is pesonal internet connection.And i only use 2 nick to login in paltalk: sweetpotato_0910 and turnip211.I surely think that I didn't do anything to be banned. i don't know how to join this room again.
