Following's the result from the meeting.
- From the applications, we have derived the finalists. We will be going through the verification process.
- iPropose will be contacting the schools of the finalists to verify their status.
- Upon successful verification from iPropose, a team of ESE staff members will visit the finalists to verify addresses and related information.
- We will then reconvene approximately in 3-4 weeks to figure our next plan of actions.
- The next meeting will involve the interview process, methods of payment, scholarship acceptance, and the allowable materials of applicants to be used in this forum.
- We'll continue to accept donations to the end of the year. Fund will be withdrawn to cover tuition and books for the first year of college for the winner. The remaining will be accrued for the next scholarship.
- We're falling short of the $1000 goal. We ask for contributions from the kind hearts and those promises made.
Questions to be polled from everyone: The interview is to learn more of the finalists, something that could tell us who he/she is, how he/she is qualified, and how the scholarship can impact him/her. During the interview, what should we ask? Please elaborate.
