The veggie of picture (1) and (2) are called malabar ( rau mồng tơi). After you put ground pork into boiled water, add salt or fish sauce and seasoning,wait for couple minutes, finally add malabar and black peper. Wait until your soup gets boiled again, then put it into a big bowl. Now you have a bowl of hot malabar soup...Yum...( The soup is a little bit viscous,but it's good for you...and it's yummy...I like it;))
