You should prepare to study abroad by now if that is your goal after graduating. I don't see the point of going to the US for highschool and then going to Switz for college. One year in the US cannot really improve your English sufficiently enough unless you work really hard. And if you are already a hard worker, you can work on your English pretty much anywhere. There are many English clubs locally in both HaNoi and HCM. I suggest you go there and get acquaintance with the program and with the language to prepare yourself for the TOEFL.

Wow... miss IP say really right ! :)
Now i'm in grade 8,but i'll answer you:
I think Swizerland is good for you, but you should look again you plan. May be you want to study Hotel Management ASAP but i think you should study in US and be sure that you are ready for this. But TOEFL is quite important .. let me see... you are in ESE, that mean you are in a place with many people speak English and more ... And may be you can download some test from this forum.

@cô iPropose: That is a good idea, Ms iPropose. However, I have taken TOEFL course in DaNang University of Foreign Language. DaNang doesn't have as many clubs as HCM and HaNoi, for example Apollo, ILA, and DaNang University... I just know these places, but I make sure about their qualities. I know HCM and HaNoi have many English clubs but I don't make sure about their qualities. I don't have any information about them:(:(.......:sad_no:
@Qua Dua Kho: I think you misunderstood Ms iPropose's advice. I think she advises me to choose the second option. Is that right? However, you advice me to study Hotel Management in US. Perhaps you mean, after graduating from University in Vietnam, I should study abroad in US? However, you said, "Miss IP says really right". Miss IP advices me to study english in Vietnam and then study abroad in US/Switz (It's up to me)O:). Do you have the same thought with her?:):)
